This is the first installment of the ‘production notes’ series from of Juliet media, loosely related to our Tracks North dinner menu. Enter a strange world, travel between two cities, stop for bagels, and learn ballet in space alongside Syla, a young chef, as they learn the importance of classical foundations to build something new.
